Expand and express your innate sense of style with the practical skills and business savvy needed to succeed in the international fashion industry. Students who pursue the Bachelor of Arts in Applied Humanities with a Fashion Studies emphasis embark on an interdisciplinary education with a focus on the cross-section of style and culture. The degree combines professional tools in the fields of fashion and design with the creative, interpersonal, intercultural and cognitive skills taught in the humanities. Students learn fashion retailing, promotion and trend forecasting, as well as investigate the relationships between human culture, history and fashion. Students graduate prepared to embark on diverse careers from design to influence within the growing and dynamic fashion industry.
