UNDERGRADUATE

To apply for admission, click "Apply Now" to access and log in or create a new account. After submitting your application, you can return to your SOMS account to check the status of your application.

Step 2 SUBMIT YOUR TRANSCRIPT(S)

Official high school transcript or GED test scores

Reach out to your high school counselor or registrar to help you submit your official high school transcript. High school transcript or GED test scores are required if you are:

  • under 22 years of age and have not completed a degree from an accredited institution
  • over 22 years of age and you have completed less than 12 transferable college credits

Official college transcript(s)

If you completed any college or university course work while in high school, post-high school, or if you are applying for a Colorado graduate program or certificate, you will need to submit any/all official college transcripts.
