If you are a current or former student, faculty or staff member of CHU and have SOMS, please skip this step and log in with your SOMS.

If you are registering a new account:

• IMPORTANT: You will need your own email address, which will be your username and point of contact for this Graduate Admissions Application system.
• After clicking Create account below, you will receive an email with instructions on how to start the application process.

Please choose a strong password to help protect your personal information. The following are required:

• A minimum of 11 characters
• At least one lower-case letter
• At least one upper-case letter
• At least one number
• At least one special character: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - + =
