  1. A completed application form
  2. Pay the application fee (US$50 for Colorado residents and US$80 for non-Colorado residents)
  3. Official college transcript(s) from every institution you have previously attended
  4. At the start of your desired term

*If you have attended a foreign institution, you may be required to submit additional proof of English proficiency.
